The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Returns are not applicable for digital products, services, or perishable items.
Customers must provide proof of purchase when requesting a return.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of the refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited to the original payment method.
Partial refunds may be granted in cases where products show signs of use or damage.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the refund is due to an error on our part.
3. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement without any charges.
If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible, but the customer may request a return after receiving the product.
Digital products and services cannot be canceled after purchase.
